What does my team actually need to do?
Provide the initial target hypothesis or indication shortlist, then attend 3 to 5 structured meetings (about 3 to 5 hours total). Between meetings, your input is limited to brief email confirmations and steering feedback. We handle all data work, harmonization, analysis and packaging.
How long does a typical engagement take?
We differentiate by complexity upfront: a Focus View (~4 weeks) answers one core question; a Broad View (~6-8 weeks) delivers a first comprehensive analysis and small decision; a Full View (~10-12 weeks) produces a clear outcome from multiple angles for a major decision. Timelines are committed upfront with no hidden costs.
Can we start with a small scope to test?
Yes, that's exactly what the Focus View is for. A ~4-week engagement around one core question lets you see our process, output quality and team fit. The data foundation carries forward into larger phases, so nothing is wasted.
What if we already have internal datasets?
We integrate your internal data alongside public datasets. During the pre-check, we review what you have and estimate how much additional evidence we can add. In 90% of cases, we significantly increase the available data foundation.
Where does the data come from?
Every result links back to its source dataset and analysis logic. Our reports and presentations are built for full transparency. Methods, data sources and transformations are documented. Infrastructure runs on German servers with segmented architecture and redundant storage.
How do we defend the results in a committee?
Deliverables are designed for this: presentation-ready visualizations, transparent reports with traceable provenance, ranked evidence with explicit rationale and scored backup plans. Committee-ready and due diligence-ready by default.
What happens after a phase ends?
Phases build on each other. The reusable data foundation carries forward. No re-integration needed. Many teams start with a Focus View, then expand to Broad or Full as the program progresses.
How does this fit our existing workflows and SOPs?
