Scope the tactical decision

Before you start looking at data, first clarify the decision itself. You specify a measurable outcome, identify the input it applies to and then set the criteria you will use to evaluate the evidence. Deciding what would count as an answer in advance, before any results are available, ensures that the final conclusion remains objective and is not influenced by the person who conducted the analysis.

Build the integrated data foundation
Bring together the relevant evidence into a coherent data foundation.
You bring the relevant public and private data into a single Context Space created specifically for this decision.
