Webinar Series:
Selecting indications from Multiomics data through knowledge graphs
For successful drug development outcomes, it is often discovered that a pharmacological target may be applicable to diseases beyond its initial identification. For instance, methotrexate, designed to reduce inflammation and slow disease progression, was first developed as a chemotherapy agent for various cancers. However, its anti-inflammatory properties later enabled its effective application in treating autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis. Currently, leveraging data from the Multiomics field — which integrates genomic, proteomic, and other omic data — enables the early identification of suitable indications for a target. At knowing01, we have developed a flexible Multiomics data model based on a knowledge graph that supports the selection of the right indications from the start.
In this webinar, we will explore how our software solution, powered by a knowledge graph, facilitates the identification of the optimal fit between targets and indications.
