Job Opening: Sales Catalyst in Part- or Full-time
(m/f/d)

knowing01 is a Biotech SaaS company with the mission to enable in silico-first R&D in drug discovery for our partners. Based in Munich, Germany, we offer MultiomicsAI platform solutions to de-risk decision-making around assets and programs.

For our next phase, preparing us to grow, we are looking for a sales catalyst (m/f/d).


The primary activities

  • Sales Execution: From qualifying and pushing leads through the pipeline to making sure no deal slips through. You keep proposals, contracts, and CRM updates crisp and fast, and support the CEO in keeping momentum high.
  • Process Design: Work on our sales pipeline, proposals, contracts and CRM data and make bottlenecks disappear before they block us.
  • Team: Collaborate with the product and marketing team to nail the sales story and help translate our value clearly.

What you bring to the table

  • Mindset: You’re structured, independent, and take real ownership. You finish what you start, and make sure no loose ends remain.
  • Communication: You’re a clear communicator, both written and verbal. English is a must, German a nice-to-have. You keep others in the loop and know how to escalate when needed.
  • Way of Work: You appreciate the freedom to shape your own workflow, from when and how you work best to the tools and routines you bring in. We trust you to manage your time and energy in a way that delivers results.

Whom we are looking for

  • Experience Fit: You’ve got 1–2 years in B2B sales or support roles, ideally in biotech, pharma or software. Inside Sales, Sales Ops, BizDev Support – you’ve been close to deals and know how to keep them moving.
  • Tool & Domain Savvy: You’re at home in HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar and know what a good sales funnel feels like. Documentation, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene are second nature to you. Bonus if you can speak biology and connect with scientific stakeholders naturally.
  • Startup DNA: You’re proactive, hands-on, and dependable. You have the overview and a natural sense for when to step in and when to lead the way.
