The primary activities
- Focus: Own the sales toolbox and partner with the founders on deals to make sure every opportunity moves smoothly.
- Owning the processes: Co-develop, manage, and automate the sales pipeline and documentation from prospecting to customer success.
- Team: Collaborate with the sales team, from the CEO to client success and marketing.

What you bring to the table
- Track record: Experience in supporting the generation, processing, or closing of deals.
- Background: Experience in B2B sales, preferably within biotech or R&D software.
- Scientific Expertise: Being able to “speak biology” can be beneficial in our market.
- IT: Experience with and eagerness to learn new digital tools.
- Language: Professional communication in English.
